Job Description :
  • Perform variety of secretarial duties and administrative tasks. Document filing, organizing and keep confidential.
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. Prepare and pre-screen document before passing to Executive and keep records and filling.
  • Manage and maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel - arrange all domestic and overseas travelling such as flight ticket, hotel reservation and transportation, business trip.
  • Organize the meeting, send meeting invitation, do minute of meeting, follow up the progress of the meeting.
  • Revise agreements and legal documents both in Thai & English to ensure all matters are complied with governed rules and regulations.
  • Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Coordinate with other departments and external parties.
  • To handle Executive’s expense reimbursement to ensure management and operation flow smoothly.
  • Prepare payment voucher for the division and central expenses of company.
  • Arrange and record employee information and record training. Responsible for employee benefit.
  • Employee meeting oversight and preparation; Gather questions throughout the company intranet site, compile and in some cases create PowerPoint decks. Conference Room scheduling
  • Complete projects as assigned ;
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Secures information by completing data base backups.
    • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications Requirements :


Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills,Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication.


  • Female, aged above 24-30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Science or a related field. Have education background from Secretary college will be an advantage.
  • 0-3 year experience in office administration or in a secretarial role.
  • Fluent in Thai & English (Writing, Speaking and Translating) TOEIC 650 Scores. Chinese is advantage.
  • Strong analytically ability and able to priorities issues for problem resolution.
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills and keep confidential.
  • Able to work well under pressure. Detail orientation and willing to work on project assignments. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organisational, methodical abilities, sense of initiative, pro-activeness and setting priorities. Service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility, patience, and capacity to adapt to changes.
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good computer skills, especially in using MS office, Excel, Power points and PDF
  • Experience involving IT, Network Solution will be an advantage.
